These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application CBR Theorie Exam (the "App"), operated by Palina Karabovich ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App or its content
  • Modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
  • Attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App in any way that may damage or impair functionality

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

  • questions
  • explanations
  • texts
  • graphics
  • design
  • database structure

is the exclusive property of Palina Karabovich.

You are not allowed to copy, reuse, publish, share, sell, or distribute any materials from the App in any form, including for educational, commercial, or personal use, without prior written permission.

3. No Affiliation with CBR

The App is an independent educational tool.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to CBR (Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen).

All trademarks and references belong to their respective owners.

4. No Guarantee of Exam Success

The App is intended for practice purposes only.

We do not guarantee that:

  • you will pass the CBR theory exam
  • your score will improve
  • the content fully reflects the official exam

Use of the App is at your own risk.

5. Internet Requirement

Certain features of the App require an active internet connection.

We are not responsible for:

  • lack of connectivity
  • data charges from your mobile provider
  • reduced functionality without internet

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may be available via subscription.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to recurring billing through your App Store account
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

You are fully responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription.

We are not responsible for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, ads).

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect damages
  • loss of data, profits, or opportunities
  • exam failure or outcomes

arising from your use of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • accuracy
  • reliability
  • availability
  • fitness for a particular purpose

10. Updates and Termination

We may:

  • update or modify the App at any time
  • change or discontinue features
  • stop providing the App without notice

You must accept updates to continue using the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
